How to milk a breast without pregnancy?

This might sound odd but we are planning to adopt and i read some mothers can induce milk even without being pregnant. Is that actually possible? would love to hear if anyone has done this or knows how it works.

If you are getting milk or discharge without being pregnant, please dont try to express it yourself, get it checked. It can sometimes be a hormone thing. A gynac or doctor should look at it first.

Actually milk without pregnancy can happen due to hormone changes, sometimes prolactin levels. It is not something to do on your own. Best to see a doctor and they may do a simple blood test.
