We werent planning and it happened without protection. im a bit panicked tbh and dont know what my options are or how soon I need to act. pls dont judge, just genuinely need to understand.
Honestly the safe long term answer is talking to a doctor about contraception, condoms, pills, IUD etc. Pulling out or hoping isnt reliable at all. For an immediate worry there is the morning after option but consult a pharmacist or doc.
I am on the other side trying to conceive lol but I will say, the only sure ways to prevent are proper contraception. Timing and withdrawal really arent safe. A gynac visit will sort all your options.
See if it already happened and u dont want a pregnancy, an emergency contraceptive pill works best within 72 hrs, sooner the better. But please dont make this a regular thing, go to a gynac and get a proper birth control method sorted.
Dont panic ok. If its a one time worry get an emergency pill asap from the chemist, they guide u. After that just plan proper protection so u r not stressing every month, trust me its peace of mind.
