Third trimester chal raha hai and my kamar is killing me, specially by evening. Cant sit or stand comfortably for long. How did u all manage this, any tips?
Oh my god, I'm in my second trimester and the back pain is really getting to me! I try to sit straight and use a pillow, but it still aches. Has anyone else felt this? Is it normal? I'm thinking of asking my gynac about it next week, hoping she has some relief tips.
Arre, back pain toh sabko hota hai pregnancy mein, common hai! Straight baitho, flat shoes pehno, aur thoda halka stretch karo. Maine toh apne husband se bolke oil massage karwaaya tha. Aur agar zyada dard ho toh gynac ko batao, woh hot compress ya light exercises suggest kar sakti hain.
Jab main apne mummy papa ke paas thi pregnancy mein, mummy ne garam tel ki malish kar di thi mere back pe. Bahut araam mila tha. Aur unhone kaha ki zyada der ek position mein mat baitho, thoda walk karte raho. But for severe pain, my doctor had given some specific stretches. Always good to ask your doc, na?
Back pain is super common, trust me. Focus on your posture – standing and sitting straight makes a big difference. Also, invest in good, supportive shoes. Light walking or swimming (if cleared by your doctor) can really help. Don't lift heavy things, aur agar bahut zyada ho toh gynac se baat karo for specific physio exercises.
I found some great tips on my pregnancy app for managing back pain. It suggested gentle stretches, good posture, and sometimes even a pregnancy pillow helps a lot. Also, my gynac recommended some specific prenatal yoga poses. Definitely check with your doctor before starting any new exercises.
