Haha wait till the baby arrives, u will miss this pregnancy fatigue! Right now, just enjoy the rest and sleep whenever you can. Eat thoda thoda healthy snacks often, that helped me keep my energy up slightly.
Fatigue is very normal, especially near the end. Post C-section, I realized how important it was that I had rested earlier. Just take it easy, do light stretching if your gynac allows, and don't force yourself to do ghar ka kaam.
Keep yourself hydrated super well, it actually works wonders! 🌸 Also try taking short power naps during the afternoon. You are growing a whole human so be gentle with yourself. 💕

Pls get your thyroid levels checked too, sometimes high fatigue is because of that. Mera thyroid test positive aaya tha early on. Keep following up with your doc regularly to see if some supplements are needed.
