These headaches are killing me since week 7, almost daily and i cant take my usual tablets now. Doc said avoid medicines as much as possible. What did u all do to get some relief?
Okay, so for pregnancy headaches, first, hydrate! Drink a big glass of water. Then, lie down in a dark room and try to relax. A cold pack works wonders for me. Avoid bright lights and loud noises. If it's really bad or you start seeing spots, call your doctor. Don't self-medicate.
Headache ho toh pehle toh dekho paani theek se pee rahe ho ya nahi. Dehydration se bhi ho jaata hai. Aur ho sake toh thodi der let jao, aankhon pe patti rakh ke. Caffeine bhi thoda control mein rakho. Zyada tez ho toh apne gynac se baat karo, koi medicine khud se mat lena. Ghar ke upaay hi theek rehte hain.
Yes, headaches are very normal. My mother always said to rest well and drink plenty of water. Sometimes a warm compress on the neck or forehead helps. Just make sure you are not stressed. But if the pain is too much or comes with other symptoms like blurry vision, please consult your doctor immediately, they know best.
Sometimes a light headache can be due to tension. If your doctor has cleared you for gentle exercise, a short, slow walk might help release some tension. Otherwise, deep breathing exercises and making sure I drank plenty of water helped me a lot. Always consult your gynac before trying any new activity, even mild ones.
Headaches are quite common, especially in the first and third trimesters, due to hormonal changes and increased blood volume. Try resting in a dark, quiet room. A cold compress on your forehead or back of the neck can also provide relief. Make sure you're well-hydrated and eating regularly to avoid low blood sugar. If it's severe or persistent, please check with your doctor, ok?
Arey beti, headache toh aam baat hai garbh mein. Tum bas thoda aaram karo, aankhein band karke let jao. Aur paani khub piyo. Mere sasurji kehte the nimbu paani peene se bhi thoda farak padta hai. Zyada takleef ho toh doctor ko zaroor batana.
