My mind used to race at night with a million worries which made it worse. Writing down my thoughts and some slow breathing helped me switch off. You're not alone in this, it's so common.
Beta a glass of warm milk before bed always settled me in my time. Light stretching and avoiding heavy late dinners also helps. Keep the room calm and don't take tension before sleeping.
Third trimester sleep is basically a myth at this point haha. A pregnancy pillow between my legs and propping up with cushions helped me get comfy. Also stopped scrolling phone in bed, that actually helped a little.
First of all, the sleepless nights are exhausting and your frustration is completely valid. For me a fixed wind down routine and dim lights made a difference. If it gets really bad and affects your days, do mention it to your gynac.
