How to overcome nausea and vomiting during pregnancy?
Im in my 7th week and the nausea is honestly killing me. Cant eat anything without feeling like throwing up, even smell of food makes me run. How did u all manage this phase? pls share anything that worked for u.
I am hoping to conceive soon and honestly a bit scared of this morning sickness. My mother-in-law told me that keeping a small piece of cardamom or elaichi in mouth helps with nausea, maybe u can try that?
Same here, honestly I'm in my 10th week and throwing up daily is so tiring. Ghee and heavy foods make me feel worse, but ginger tea helps a bit. Does anyone know if this gets better in the second trimester?
Acidity and mild nausea are very common in the first trimester, so keeping dry crackers by your bedside can help. But if you have severe vomiting and can't keep even water down, please consult your gynac. Severe dehydration is not good for u or the baby.
Recovering from C-section made me realize how important body energy is, and during early pregnancy, nausea can totally drain u. I used to keep small ginger candies near my bed and sip warm water slowly. Please eat very small meals ghar pe and dont force yourself to eat heavy stuff.
