First trimester here and honestly the tiredness is next level. I sleep full night and still feel like i can nap by 11am. Managing house plus job is becoming so hard. What did you ladies do to feel a bit more energetic?
The first trimester tiredness was unreal, I felt like sleeping all day. I just allowed myself to rest whenever I could and stopped feeling guilty about it. Small naps and good food made a difference.
Juggling office with that fatigue was tough. I took short breaks, kept healthy snacks at my desk and slept early instead of scrolling phone. Iron rich food helped my energy too.
Extreme tiredness can also be from low iron or thyroid, so dont just assume its normal pregnancy fatigue. My thyroid made me very tired and once treated I felt better. Get your levels checked at your visits.
