The morning sickness is killing me, I throw up almost everything I eat and feel weak the whole day. Im in 8th week. How did u all manage this phase? anything that gave some relief, pls tell.
I remember those days! It feels like it will never end, but trust me, it gets better. For me, sips of cold water and eating plain toast really helped. Try to find what works for you, and honestly, sometimes just resting helped a lot. You're doing great, mama, this phase will pass!
Oh god, I'm in my second trimester now and still get it sometimes, though it's much better than the first. Did anyone else feel like it just wouldn't stop? I tried ginger biscuits and small, frequent meals, but it was still so hard. Any other tips for when it gets bad?
Yaar, vomiting is the worst when you have a job. I always kept a packet of dry fruits or some roasted chana near my desk to munch on every hour. And definitely carry ginger ale or a small thermos of ginger tea. If it's too much, don't be a hero, take a sick day. And always, always keep your gynac in the loop.
Haan, morning sickness is tough. My husband, the doctor, always suggested small, frequent meals throughout the day instead of three big ones. Also, keeping some dry crackers or toast by the bed and eating a few before getting up can help. Stay hydrated with sips of water or nimbu paani. If it's very severe, do talk to your gynac, they can sometimes prescribe something mild.
Oh sweetie, that's really tough. I went through it too, and it felt endless. Try to eat whatever you can keep down, even if it's just a few bites. Sometimes, a little bit of sour candy or a small piece of ginger helped me. Remember, your body is working so hard to grow this little one, and soon it will pass. Hang in there!
