Second trimester here and the gas is unbearable yaar, so bloated all the time and it gets stuck. Anyone got tips that actually worked for u to get some relief?
I am planning for a baby right now and I keep reading that gas is one of the most annoying symptoms! Are there any specific foods that trigger it more for you, or is it just happening with everything? I'd love to know what simple remedies actually work for everyone.
I felt so embarrassed and uncomfortable with the constant gas during my first trimester, it was actually quite painful at times. What worked for me was lying on my side and gently walking after dinner. I felt such a relief when I made these small changes, so please don't feel bad about it, it is totally normal!
In my experience, eating smaller meals throughout the day instead of three large ones helped reduce gas a lot. I also completely avoided carbonated drinks and spicy food, which used to make it worse. Sipping warm water after dinner was a lifesaver for me.
Gas and bloating are very common, but since I had some early complications, I was always extra careful. I drank warm water and walked slowly after meals, which really helped me. If you have severe stomach pain along with the gas, please don't ignore it and check with your doctor.
Progesterone support during IVF made me so bloated and gassy, so I completely understand how uncomfortable you must be feeling. Drinking plenty of warm water and doing very gentle walks around the room helped me a lot. Please be gentle with yourself, this phase will pass soon.
