On bed rest these days and honestly getting so bored sitting at home whole day. Phone scrolling ho gaya is too much now. What did u all do to keep urself busy?
Right now I am too tired to do much yaar, my hobby is finding comfortable positions to sit. I read baby books, scroll, nap, repeat. Time passes faster than you think actually.
Honestly I became a professional Netflix critic and snack tester during my pregnancy haha. Also started knitting tiny socks that looked terrible. Whatever keeps you relaxed and happy, do that.
Prenatal yoga and short walks really helped me pass time and feel good, but only after my doc cleared me. I also did breathing classes. Keeps body and mind busy nicely.
