Me and my husband just decided we want to start trying this month. My period got over 2 days back and honestly I have no idea about the right days to plan. Can someone tell how they figured out their timing? Thoda confused with all the ovulation stuff.
We are also trying since 2 months. What i learnt is the days after period ending, roughly day 10 to 16 of your cycle are usually the best. But every body is different na, so dont stress over exact dates.
I used a period tracker app and it showed my ovulation window, made it so much easier. Just log your period start date for couple months and the app tells u the fertile days. Worked for me actually.
My mother always said to keep mind calm and body healthy. Beyond the fertile days, just eat home food and stay happy. But for vitamins and tests, follow what your doctor says.
Start folic acid first, even before you conceive. Track your cycle for a month or two so u know your fertile window. Eat proper, sleep proper, thats half the work done honestly.
Honestly the best thing is one preconception checkup with your gynac. They check thyroid, sugar, hemoglobin and tell u when to time things. Apps are good but doc guidance gave me peace of mind.
