Sorry for the tmi but constipation has become so bad since i got pregnant, kabhi kabhi 3-4 din ho jaate hai. its really uncomfortable and i dont want to keep straining. how are u all managing this?
Honestly, between nursing and no sleep, pooping is a luxury! Use a small stool to elevate your knees, it makes things slide out way easier without straining.
Constipation is so common and buying those expensive fiber syrups from the pharmacy adds up. Just eat more bananas, drink lots of water, and try a squatty potty stool—it's cheap and works wonders.
I used to panic and think I would push the baby out if I strained too much! It's completely normal to feel this way, just don't strain, drink warm water, and use a stool under your feet.
I am in my 2nd trimester and struggling so much with this. I feel so scared of straining too hard. Is anyone else using specific fiber supplements that are safe?
