We have been trying for long and some days I feel very hopeless. I do my normal prayers but wanted to know if anyone followed any special vrat or prayer that gave them peace. Not asking for guarantee, just emotional support.
My mother in law gave me a small pooja routine and I did it with love, more for my own peace. But she also said dont forget the doctor part. So I prayed AND went for my checkups, both together helped me feel hopeful.
I felt so helpless during my trying months and prayer was the only thing that calmed me. I just spoke to God like a friend, no rituals. Honestly it kept me sane more than anything. You are not alone in this feeling.
Whatever ur faith is, I feel praying from the heart is enough, no fixed words needed. I used to sit quietly every morning and just ask with full trust. It gave me so much peace during the waiting. Keep faith and keep taking care of urself too.
Pray however feels right to u yaar, light a diya, say a quiet dua, whatever brings u peace. But also dont put too much pressure on urself, stress karke kuch nahi hota. Sending u lots of good wishes.
