Monsoon has started and there are so many mosquitoes in our area, do dengue cases already aa rahe hai. Im 5 months pregnant and honestly thoda scared. What precautions are safe to take during pregnancy?
I used to panic at every mosquito bite, but keeping the surroundings clean is enough. Use safe mosquito rolls or patches on clothes, and you will be absolutely fine, don't stress.
I had such bad morning sickness that strong mosquito spray smells made me vomit instantly. I switched to keeping neem leaves around and wearing full-length loose clothes which was much better.
Dengue can be very serious during pregnancy, so please be extremely cautious. Wear full-sleeve clothes, use liquid vaporizers, and if you ever get even a mild fever, please contact your doctor immediately.
Personally, I just wore full-sleeved cotton clothes and kept the windows closed during evening hours. I also used a mosquito net while sleeping to be completely safe without using too many chemical sprays.
Oh God, between diaper changes and keeping mosquitoes away, it's a war zone! Keep your house clean, use safe repellents, and wear full clothes, otherwise these little monsters won't let u rest.
Preventing mosquito bites is key, but please ask your gynac which mosquito repellent creams or vaporizers are 100% safe to use. If you show any symptoms like fever, call them right away.
