Im in my second trimester and getting these headaches almost daily now, its really draining me. I dont want to keep depending on tablets. Any natural things that helped u ladies?

I used to panic with every headache thinking the worst. Turned out most were from dehydration and stress. Drink water, rest, and if it gets bad just check with your doctor to ease your mind.
Long screen hours at work gave me headaches, so i took short breaks and drank water often. Skipping lunch made it worse honestly. Small fixes during the day made a real difference.
Just one caution, a bad headache with swelling or vision changes should be reported to the gynac quickly. Dont take any painkiller without asking either. Better safe.
For mild headaches i stayed hydrated, didnt skip meals and got proper rest, that cut them down a lot. A cold cloth on the forehead helped too. But if a headache is severe or with blurred vision, please call your gynac straight away.
