Every single meal lately leaves me feeling so heavy and bloated, im 6 months along. Even small portions are doing this. What do u do to avoid it before it starts?
Home tips are fine for mild gas, but please dont take any antacid on your own. Whatever you take, let it be doctor approved. Mine gave me one that was safe for pregnancy.
Oh the acidity in pregnancy is no joke. What saved me was small frequent meals instead of big ones, and not lying down right after eating. Cold milk gave me some relief too.
No need for fancy stuff actually. Eating slowly, smaller plates and an early dinner fixed most of it for me for free. If it's constant burning though, tell your gynac so she can suggest something safe.
