I had a molar pregnancy last year and it was honestly traumatic. Now we want to try again but im so scared it might happen once more. Is there anything that can be done to lower the chance? anyone with experience pls.
From what my doctor explained, it cant be prevented but early detection through scans matters most. If you have had one before, your gynac will watch the next pregnancy more carefully. Trust your doctor on this one.
Sadly a molar pregnancy isnt really something you can prevent, it happens at fertilisation. What helps is early scans and good prenatal care so its caught early. Please stay regular with your gynac visits.
I am so sorry if you are worried about this, I know how heavy these fears are. It is not your fault and not something you cause. Early ultrasounds and your doctor monitoring closely are the best support.
