Im in my 6th week and the nausea is bohot bad, mostly mornings but sometimes evening bhi. I feel like throwing up even from the smell of food cooking. Anyone got tips that actually worked for u? Pls share.
Oh god, I can totally feel you, those early weeks are so tough and exhausting. Just listen to your body and eat whatever feels okay, even if it is just plain rice or toast. You are doing amazing, this phase will pass very soon and you'll hold your sweet baby.
Be very careful about what you snack on to curb nausea because some dry biscuits have lots of hidden sugar. I used to have roasted chana or salted almonds instead, it helped my nausea and kept my sugar in check too. Do ask your doctor if it gets too much to handle.
Beta, subah uthte hi thoda sa saunf ya mishri muh me rakh liya karo, bohot aaram milta hai. Aur dophar ko thoda sa chaach pee lo, pet me thandak milegi. Himmat rakho, ye thode din ki baat hai bas.
I have heard many seniors say that keeping a small piece of ginger in mouth really helps with early morning sickness. Even lemon water with a pinch of black salt is good. Hope you feel better soon, god bless.
Keep some dry ginger biscuits right on your bedside table and eat one before even getting up. Also dont keep your stomach empty for long, try small meals throughout the day. I used to pack small boxes of roasted makhana for office.
Arre haan, first trimester me to dahi aur thandi cheezein hi sahara hoti hain na. Mujhe to neembu paani me thoda sa kala namak daal ke bada aaram milta tha. Morning me thoda dhere se utha karo, ekdum bhagte huye mat jao kitchen me.
