This is my second ectopic and im honestly heartbroken yaar. We want to try again but im terrified it will happen a third time. Did anyone go through this and what did your doctor suggest to lower the chance?
There's no home prevention for this honestly, it really needs medical management. The key is informing your gynac the moment you get a positive so they can do early monitoring. Please discuss your full history with them before trying again.
I'm so sorry you're going through this worry, it's a heavy thing to carry. After my ectopic, my specialist watched my next pregnancy from the very start with early scans. Please lean on a good doctor for this, and be gentle with yourself, you deserve support.
I had an ectopic before and the most important thing is very early monitoring with your doctor next time. They track your hcg and do an early scan to confirm the location. Please dont try to manage this on your own, this needs close medical care.
