How to prevent stretch marks naturally during pregnancy?
I'm trying to avoid stretch marks during my pregnancy as much as possible. Are there any natural remedies or tips to prevent stretch marks from appearing?
Merko actually stretch marks bohot preggo days me hi aa gaye the and dry skin standard problem thi. My skin was very sensitive post C-sec, so I gently massaged coconut oil. Honestly, stretch marks don't fully go but keeping skin hydrated helps skin stretch without itching too much.
Hum log family planning kar rahe hain aur main abhi se skin care ke baare me dosto se pooch rahi hu. Some of my cousins say pure almond oil is best if we start applying from early months itself. Hope it is not too sticky, because my skin is oily normally.
Please don't hate your body for these marks, they show the beautiful journey of bringing your baby into this world. I used to apply pure shea butter everyday and it really soothened the stretching skin. Even if some marks remain, they fade a lot with time so just be patient with yourself.
Honestly, stretch marks are mostly genetic and there is no 100% natural cure to prevent them completely. But keeping the skin barrier hydrated with sweet almond oil or standard body butter definitely minimizes the itching. Its always best to check with your gynac once before trying any heavy over-the-counter creams during pregnancy.
I felt so conscious when I first saw those faint lines on my tummy in the second trimester, felt like my body was changing so fast. I started using warm olive oil twice a day and it became like a daily self-care ritual. They are like beautiful tiger stripes now, but keeping tummy moisturized definitely helps.
Arre baby skin stretch hogi toh marks to normal hai, don't stress too much about them yaar! Just keep a good moisturizer or coconut oil near your bed and apply whenever you feel itchy. Drink loads of water too, hydrated skin keeps the itching away.
Im in my 5th month now and my stomach has started itching a lot, especially at night. Mere skin par already red lines dikhne lagi hain but is Bio Oil really safe to use regularly? Pls let me know if anyone has actually seen good results with homemade aloe vera gel too.
