My feet have started puffing up by evening and the chappals are getting tight, its so uncomfortable in this heat. Im 7 months now. Any tips that actually helped you reduce the swelling? pls share.
Swelling was definitely a thing for me, especially in the last trimester and even after my C-section. What really helped was keeping my legs elevated, especially at night. Also, try to walk a bit, if your doctor has allowed it, and make sure your clothes and shoes aren't too tight. Lots of water and less salt always helps too.
Hey, it's totally normal to get some swelling! Don't stress too much about it. Just try to keep your feet up whenever you're sitting, like with a cushion under them. Drink loads of water – it actually helps flush out extra fluid, believe it or not. And maybe wear comfy slip-on shoes. If it gets really bad though, definitely check with your doc.
Oh, swelling can be tricky during pregnancy. I had some complications, and my doctor always advised me to watch it closely. For normal swelling, try to elevate your feet, wear comfortable shoes, and drink lots of water. But if it's sudden, severe swelling, especially in your face or hands, please call your gynac immediately. It can be a sign of something more serious like pre-eclampsia.
Feeling swollen can be quite uncomfortable and make you worry, I completely understand that feeling! To help, try to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water, and elevate your legs whenever you rest. It's also good to reduce your salt intake a bit. If the swelling is sudden or severe, particularly in your face or hands, please check in with your gynac, just to be safe and ease your mind.
Yaar, swelling is actually super common in pregnancy, don't worry too much. I used to just keep my feet up whenever I could. Hydration is key, so drink loads of water. And try to avoid standing for too long, take breaks. But agar bahut zyada ho, ya face pe bhi dikhe, toh definitely talk to your doc.
