Honestly i used to check my feet every hour because i was so scared of swelling. Pls drink lots of water and dont sit with folded legs, it really helped me. But if it gets too much, ask your doctor immediately just to be safe.
Mere saath toh yeh last month hi ho raha tha, especially at night. I kept my feet elevated on two pillows while sleeping and stopped sitting for too long. Actually walking a bit daily and cutting down on pickles helped a lot.
My MIL made me stop eating very salty things in the evening. She also told me to walk slowly in the house for 15 mins after dinner to keep the blood flowing. Honestly it actually worked and my swelling went down a lot.
With my PCOS background, i was always extra careful about swelling and BP. I kept a regular track of my water intake and did very light stretching. Please check with your gynac once if the swelling comes suddenly, just to be sure.
Omg same here, my ankles look like balloons already at 28 weeks. Does keeping feet in warm water with salt actually help? Pls let me know if u find anything that works, so tired of this.
Trust me, this phase will pass so quickly and you will forget all this pain. My toddler keeps me on my toes now, but back then my feet were so swollen! Just keep them elevated whenever u sit and drink coconut water.
Just keep chanting or praying whenever you feel heavy, it gives so much peace. Put your feet up and relax, let your body rest. God will take care of everything, just stay positive and happy.
