This is my first pregnancy after one early loss last year, so im honestly very anxious in these starting weeks. I just want to do everything right and be careful. What precautions helped you get through the first trimester safely?
I was so scared in my first trimester too. I just focused on rest, my supplements, and not panicking over every twinge. Did anyone else feel this constant worry early on? It got better for me in the second.
Don't overdo anything beta. Eat well, sleep well, keep stress away, and take the medicines your doctor gave. Avoid self medicating for even a cold. You're doing more right than you think, breathe.
First trimester is delicate, so take it seriously. Take your folic acid, avoid heavy lifting and any random medicines, and rest. After my early scare I never skipped a checkup. If you ever see bleeding or strong cramps, call your gynac at once.
Take good care of your body and keep your heart calm, the early weeks pass with patience. Folic acid, good food, rest, and your regular doctor visits. Stay hopeful, you'll get through this beautiful phase.
After IVF I was extra protective in the first trimester, I understand the worry deeply. I followed every instruction my doctor gave to the letter, rested a lot, and avoided stress. Lean on your doctor and be gentle with yourself.
Folic acid daily, eat clean home food, stay hydrated, avoid raw/uncooked stuff and alcohol. Don't stress your body with travel jerks or heavy work. Most importantly, do your first scan and follow your doctor. Simple and effective.
