Mera kamar and hips pain a lot when i sleep on my side now, third tri chal raha hai. Everyone says keep a pillow between legs but im not sure of the right way to position it. Pls share how u do it.
Just sleep on your left side, bend your knees, and slide a nice fluffy pillow right between them. It feels like absolute heaven and relieves all the back pain!

Yaar, sleeping was such a task in my third trimester. Actually, putting a pillow between your knees really takes the pressure off your lower back. Just try sleeping on your left side, it works wonders.
