got my report and theres so many values na, hb, tsh and all these short forms. i dont understand which ones matter for pregnancy. can someone explain how to read it before i meet my gynac?
Blood reports read karna thoda difficult hota hai, ho na? Hcg levels aur haemoglobin main hote hain, par hum khud dimaag lagayenge toh tension hi badhegi. Better to show it to doctor directly, haan na?
Please don't try to interpret the blood reports on your own, especially the sugar levels. I had gestational diabetes and learned that only a doctor can properly correlate blood sugar and other levels with your health. Just take your doctor’s advice on diet and reports.
Honestly, looking at those numbers made me feel like I was reading rocket science while half-asleep! Don't Google the reference ranges or you will lose whatever little sleep you have left. Just hand it over to your gynac, she knows best.
I am currently trying to conceive and even I get so curious looking at blood test terms! But from what I've heard, only a doctor can correctly read the hCG and hormone levels in pregnancy. Let us know what your gynac says!
