First time doing a home test and im a bit nervous yaar. The second line is there but bohot faint. Does that still count as positive ya should i retest? anyone who knows pls help.
I was so confused by the faint line that I immediately called my hospital coordinator. They told me home tests can be tricky, so they scheduled a proper blood test and ultrasound the next morning. It's much better to let your doctor verify it than stressing at home.
Listen, it's simple. C is the control line which must show up, and T is the test line. If both show up, even if one is light, you are pregnant. Don't overthink it, just schedule an appointment with your doctor now.
When I did my home test, two pink lines meant positive and one line meant negative. Even a faint second line was positive for me. I just followed the instructions on the kit box exactly.
Please look closely at the control line first; if there's no line at all, the test is invalid. Also, don't read the test after 10 minutes because evaporation lines can look like false positives. If you are confused, it's safest to get a beta hCG blood test done from a lab.
One line means you can still sleep, two lines mean say goodbye to your sleep for the next few years! Joking aside, check the manual on the box because different brands have different symbols. Right now in my 3rd trimester, looking back at that test day feels like a lifetime ago!
Two lines mean positive and one is negative. When I saw a very light second line, my saas told me to wait for 3 days and test again with morning first urine. She was right, the line became dark pink after three days!
