Sis you cant really know, and in India finding out the gender is illegal anyway. All those belly shape and craving theories are just fun talk, nothing scientific. Focus on a healthy baby.
Beta buzurg log belly shape aur skin glow dekh ke andaaza lagate hain but trust me its all guesswork. Half the time it was wrong for us. Bas baby healthy ho, that matters.
