How to reduce amniotic fluid level during pregnancy?
My last scan showed fluid is on higher side and doc has told me to keep watch. Im 30 weeks now and bit tense about it. Anyone went through this? what did u do.
I've been reading up on this and it seems like high fluid levels need proper medical monitoring. Have you asked your gynac about why it's high? It's always best to let the hospital staff handle this safely.
I barely had time to think during pregnancy, but I know high fluid is not something to play with. Do not search for random home hacks on Google! Just call your doctor, get the medical advice, and save your energy for when the baby arrives.
I had high amniotic fluid in my recent pregnancy. My doctor monitored it weekly and advised me to cut down on sugars and rest more. Please don't try any random tips and just follow your gynac's instructions closely.
Oh dear, my friend also had high fluid levels and she was so anxious! Did your doctor suggest any specific tests or a ultrasound scan to monitor it? Please talk to your gynac and let us know what they said, we are here for you.
Actually, high amniotic fluid is often linked to gestational diabetes, which I had. My gynac made me strictly manage my carb and sugar intake, and the fluid levels stayed stable. Get your sugar levels checked and talk to your doctor immediately about a diet plan.
For mild things I usually do home remedies, but high amniotic fluid is a medical issue that needs your doctor's attention. Please avoid trying self-treatments or home remedies for this. Call your doctor and ask if you need bed rest or any medical management.
When my fluid levels fluctuated, the medical team at my hospital was so helpful. I highly recommend calling your doctor or the hospital's maternity helpline directly to discuss the scan report. They will give you the safest clinical guidance.
Don't worry, your baby is just enjoying a larger swimming pool in there! But seriously, let your doctor handle the pool levels. Call your gynac and get their professional advice on how to manage it safely.
Please rest and avoid any heavy exercise or yoga right now. High fluid levels require a doctor's advice on whether physical activity is safe for you. Make sure you check with your gynac before doing anything active.
I don't know much about this, but I have heard it can be a bit serious. Please don't worry, but do ask your doctor what the best steps are. Wishing you a very safe and healthy pregnancy.
