My mind keeps running with all kinds of worst case thoughts about the baby and delivery. i know its probably normal but it doesnt feel good. anyone has small things that calm them down? need some peace yaar.
Gentle prenatal yoga and a short daily walk calmed my mind a lot, but I only did it after my doctor said it was safe. Breathing exercises before bed also helped me sleep. Movement, if allowed, really settles the nerves.
Oh I overthought everything, every twinge sent me spiralling. What helped was limiting how much I googled and keeping a list of questions for my doctor instead. Writing my worries down took some weight off honestly.
I totally understand, that low buzzing worry is exhausting. Be soft with yourself, you are doing your best. Talk it out with someone you trust, you really dont have to hold it all in.
If anxiety is affecting your sleep or daily life, please mention it to your gynac, it is a real thing they help with. Dont wait for it to get worse. Asking for help is the strong thing to do.
