I'm in my second trimester and the backache has started becoming really bothersome. It's making it hard to sleep and do daily chores. What can I do to reduce this backache during pregnancy?
I was so worried about backache ki baby pe pressure toh nahi pad raha! But my gynac said it's just muscles stretching. Try using a maternity pillow and never bend directly, please take rest, tension mat lo.
Actually costly maternity pillows lene ki koi zaroorat nahi hai. Just normal pillows use karo support ke liye. Gynac ke checks and scans are already so expensive nowadays, save that money for delivery, bas normal posture thik rakho.

Honestly, just invest in a good pregnancy pillow and do prenatal yoga under a trainer. Bending forward is a big no-no. Mere trainer ne bola thoda simple stretches and warm water baths help a lot.
Chinta mat karo dear, yeh thoda bohot pain toh normal hai iss time pe. Just apply a warm compress or ask your husband to gently massage with warm coconut oil. Heaviness badhne se hota hai, bas heavy weight mat uthana.
