Im around 8 weeks and feeling so much heat in my body all the time, even when its not that hot. Cant tell if its normal pregnancy thing or the summer. What cooling foods or tips worked for u early on?
My amma always gave cooling foods like buttermilk, coconut water and muskmelon to beat the heat. Staying hydrated really helped me feel less heated. These simple things are safe, but for anything more, check with the doctor.
Beta, coconut water, buttermilk and lots of water keep the body cool, we always used these. Avoid too much spicy and fried food in this time. Simple cooling foods are safe but ask doctor if you feel very unwell.
Feeling warmer is normal in pregnancy due to hormones and more blood flow. Drink lots of water, wear loose cotton clothes and stay out of direct heat. Nothing fancy needed, just keep cool and hydrated.
