How to reduce body heat during pregnancy in tamil?
5th month running and i feel so much heat in my body these days, can't sit peacefully. Amma keeps suggesting some home things but i want to be careful. Tamil la solunga, easy to follow pannalaam.
Loose cotton clothes, lots of fluids and avoid going out in peak afternoon. Both my pregnancies were in summer, this routine kept me ok. Coconut water daily.
Stay in cool place and dont skip water. Nimbu paani, chaas, fruits like watermelon are nice. I used to feel a lot of heat in my pregnancy also, it's common.
Feeling warmer is normal in pregnancy, blood flow increases na. Keep yourself hydrated and rest in a cool room. But if you get fever or feel very weak, dont ignore, check with gynac.
Amma always told me drink lots of water and tender coconut, it really helped me feel cooler. Curd rice, buttermilk, cucumber all good in summer. If you feel too much heat with dizziness then tell your doc.
Tender coconut water became my best friend honestly. Also keep some buttermilk handy, light and cooling. Avoid too much spicy and fried, that made my heat worse.
