My recent blood report showed my crp is on the higher side and the doctor wants to monitor it. Im a bit worried honestly. Has anyone gone through this and what helped bring it down?
I wouldnt want to give wrong advice on this honestly. CRP rising can mean many things and in pregnancy it needs the doctor to investigate. Definitely take this to your gynac rather than online tips.
Beta this is not something to handle yourself. A raised CRP just tells the doctor there's some inflammation somewhere, they have to find why. Eat well, rest, stay hydrated, but please let the doctor handle the treatment part.
When my CRP was raised, my doctor first looked for what was causing it, like any infection. She didnt just give something to lower the number. So the right step is finding the cause, pls follow your doctor for this one, not home tricks.
Honestly the best answer here is the gynac. CRP is a marker, not a thing you reduce with a remedy, the underlying cause has to be treated. Good rest, fluids and proper diet help your body overall, but follow medical advice for the actual issue.
CRP is something your doctor needs to look into properly because it shows inflammation, and the cause matters more than the number. Please dont try to fix it on your own at home, get the reason checked with your gynac.
