How to reduce fibroids during pregnancy?

I had a small fibroid before conceiving and my doctor said its grown a bit now during pregnancy. Im a little worried honestly. Has anyone here managed fibroids through these months, what did your doctor suggest? want to hear real experiences.

Fibroids usually arent treated during pregnancy unless they cause problems, doctors mostly observe them. There is no proven way to reduce them at home while pregnant. Best to let your gynac track it through your scans and guide you.

I had a fibroid during pregnancy and the honest truth is you dont treat or shrink it then, the doctor just monitors it. Mine was watched on scans and stayed stable. Please dont try any home remedy for this, follow your gynac closely.
