The hip pain especially on one side has been killing me, worse when i sleep at night and turn over. Im in my third trimester now. What helped u ladies get some relief?

Gentle prenatal stretches and the cat-cow pose eased my hip pain a lot, but I did them only after my doctor okayed it. Side sleeping with a pillow helped too. Dont push into any painful stretch though.
Mere saath bhi the hips ached badly in later months. A pillow under the bump and one between knees made nights better. Short walks and not standing too long also helped me.
Sleeping on my side with a pillow between my knees was a lifesaver for hip pain. A pregnancy pillow really helped me later on. Warm compress on the area also gave gentle relief.
