Im 7 months now and my knees pain so much when i get up from sitting or climb stairs. Never had this before pregnancy yaar. What helps? any simple thing u all tried?
I understand how scary any physical pain can feel. Please don't take any pain relievers or apply strong medicated ointments without asking your doctor first. Just rest as much as you can and keep your legs elevated.
Avoid standing for too long in the kitchen and cut down on heavy lifting immediately. Use a hot water bag on your knees for 10 minutes. Also, get your Vitamin D and calcium levels checked, as deficiency makes knee pain worse.
After my C-section, my joints took some time to heal too. During pregnancy, the hormone relaxin makes joints loose, causing knee pain. I used to apply a warm compress and sleep with a pillow between my knees which helped.
Put your feet up and relax! 🛋️ Keep a pillow under your knees when sleeping. Gentle stretching also works wonders, but only do what your body comfortably allows! 🤗
I feel like a creaky old door right now in my 3rd trimester, my knees literally pop! I've stopped sitting on low stools completely because getting up is a whole comedy show. Putting pillows everywhere is my only survival strategy right now.
Yaar, weight badhne ki wajah se knees par bohot pressure aata hai actually. Try wearing very comfortable orthopaedic slippers even at home. It helped reduce my joint pain so much!
