Since morning im going to washroom again and again, feeling weak now. Im 16 weeks. Planning to call my gynac if it continues but wanted to know what you ladies did to settle it down meanwhile?
Hydration is the main worry here, so keep sipping water and ORS. I had a bad bout and my gynac wanted to check me, glad i went. If it doesnt settle in a day, ring your doctor please.
For mild loose motion i had curd, rice, bananas and lots of fluids to stay hydrated. ORS helped me too. But if it keeps going, or you feel weak or get cramps, please call your doctor, dont let dehydration set in.
Plain bland food like khichdi and curd rice calmed my tummy. Avoid oily and outside food during this. Dont take any anti loose motion tablet without asking your doc okay.
