Im in my 2nd trimester and honestly my moods are all over the place. One min im crying at a tv ad, next min im snapping at my husband for nothing. He's being patient but i feel bad. How do u all manage this, any small things that helped?
Honestly in my first pregnancy I cried over a TV ad once, so I felt exactly like this. What helped me was just talking to my husband instead of bottling it up. The hormones settle a bit in 2nd trimester for many, hang in there.
My mother used to tell me to sit in morning sun for sometime and it really did calm me down. But honestly even just resting more helped. Be gentle with yourself ma.
First I just want to say what you feel is valid, the hormones really mess with emotions. I kept a small note in my phone of things bothering me and it helped me feel less out of control. If you ever feel very low for many days though, do mention it to ur gynac, mine asked me about mood every visit.
Arre dont stress too much over the stress haha. Some chill music, a nap, and not skipping meals worked for me. Low sugar used to make me super cranky actually.
If ur doctor has allowed, gentle prenatal yoga and breathing really helped my mood. Even 10 min of slow stretching calmed me down. Ask gynac first before starting anything.
Mood swings are so normal yaar, both my pregnancies were like this. Small walk daily and proper sleep made the biggest difference for me. Dont be hard on urself, ur body is doing a lot.
