Im in my 7th week and the morning sickness is honestly bohot zyada, i cant even keep water down some mornings. Feeling so weak and tired the whole day. What helped you ladies, please share kuch tips.
This is super common, so don't stress. I always suggest keeping small dry snacks handy and avoiding oily foods. Also, sip on lemon water throughout the day. But if u can't keep any liquids down at all, please check with your doctor for safe anti-nausea meds.
I totally understand how exhausting and draining this constant nausea can be, dear. It honestly feels so tough but please hang in there. Try sucking on a small piece of ginger or a lemon slice, it really helped calm my stomach.
Oh god, the first trimester nausea almost killed me, and now my baby's crying is keeping me awake anyway! Honestly, keeping ginger biscuits on my bedside table was my only savior. Eat whatever you can digest, even if it is just plain rice, no pressure.
When I had terrible vomiting, I directly called my coordinator at the hospital. They gave me a clear list of what to do and even suggested a safe pregnancy-safe medication that worked wonders. Definitely ask your gynac's team, they are there to help with this!
Listen, don't force yourself to eat heavy meals right now. Just have small, frequent bites of simple dry toast or biscuits before even getting out of bed. Keep yourself hydrated with coconut water, and if the vomiting is too severe, please call your gynac immediately.
