My back and hips have been hurting a lot, specially by evening i can barely sit comfortably. Im 6 months now and dont want to keep taking anything. What helps you all manage the aches?
My gynac allowed me light prenatal yoga and short walks, and honestly that helped my back and hip pain so much. Cat-cow stretch was my favourite. But please check with your doctor first before starting any exercise.
I used to worry about every little ache too. For the normal pulling and back pain, resting on my left side with a pillow between knees helped me. But anything that felt sharp or didnt go away, I always called my doc just to be safe. Better to ask than panic.
Aw the aches are so annoying na. Warm compress, comfy slippers, and dont stay in one position too long. Dont stress too much about the normal ones, but if something feels off just ring your gynac, ok?
Small aches are part of it ma. My mil told me to sit with good support and not bend too much, that helped my back. Warm water bath also relaxed me. For any serious pain please trust your doctor, dont guess.
Depends which pain yaar. For back pain a pregnancy pillow and not standing too long helps a lot. For leg cramps, calcium and stretching before bed. But if its sharp stomach pain or anything sudden, dont manage at home, call your gynac.
Beta for normal body aches, a warm (not hot) compress and gentle massage with warm oil helped my daughters. But dont press the tummy. And if the pain is strong or in the lower belly, dont do gharelu nuskha, show the doctor.
