My baby is 3 saal ka now but my lower belly is still hanging same as before. Tried walking but no change yaar. Anyone who actually reduced it after this long, pls share what worked.
I totally understand how frustrating it feels when you look in the mirror, dear. But please remember your body housed a beautiful life! Take it slow, start with gentle walks and simple yoga to build strength.
Please be very careful before trying hard belts or heavy workouts after so long. I had some severe postpartum complications, so I always recommend consulting a doctor first. They can check if your abdominal muscles have actually healed properly.
Beta, after 3 years, simple walking and light home-cooked meals are your best friends. Avoid heavy fried food and drink warm water throughout the day. But don't go for any extreme fasting without checking with a doctor.
You can try drinking warm water with a little jeera or lemon in the morning, it really helped my digestion. But after 3 years, sometimes it can be a muscle gap, so pls ask your doctor if you feel any internal pain or pulling.
I also worry about this constantly, my mind just goes to the worst thoughts about my body. Maybe you can start with light walking first? Let me know if u find any safe routine, hope we both get through this stress.
I would highly suggest consulting your gynac or a physical therapist first. After 3 years, the muscle separation might need specific core exercises rather than normal gym workouts. Always safe to check.
Gosh, 3 years later and the belly still stays? Here I am in my 3rd trimester looking like a watermelon and hoping for a miracle later. Let's just blame it on happy baby fat and do some simple walking, haha!
I am actually trying to conceive now, so I don't have personal experience yet. But my cousin said gentle core exercises and yoga helped her a lot after a few years. Wishing u all the best.
I felt so conscious of my body after delivery, honestly. Even after all this time, that soft belly pooch remains and makes me emotional. I felt we should just be kind to ourselves first, our bodies did something truly amazing.
With my PCOS, losing belly fat is always a huge struggle, even years after delivery. I had to focus on a clean diet and light strength training, but do check with a nutritionist. What works for one body might not work for another.
I'm currently planning my first pregnancy and I always wonder about post-baby bodies. Is it mostly due to loose skin or is it muscle weakness after 3 years? Hope you find a good routine that works for u!
Oh, is it really hard to lose the belly even after 3 years? I am currently in my 2nd trimester and already getting anxious about my body shape post-delivery. Did others also face the same issue for this long?
