My amma tied a cloth belt gently and gave warm food, which is our tradition here. It did feel supportive, but I started any real exercise only after my doctor said it was okay. Give yourself time amma.
After my normal delivery the belly took a few months to slowly go down, its very normal. Light walking and breastfeeding helped me a lot. Dont rush it, your body needs time to heal first.
Honestly with a newborn and work, I just focused on short walks and eating sensibly, no fancy routine. The belly reduced gradually over months. Be patient and dont compare with anyone.
