The back and hip pain in my third trimester is honestly so much, cant sleep properly. Im not looking for medicines, just simple things that helped you all manage the aches. Pls share whatever worked.
My doctor allowed me gentle prenatal stretches and short walks, that eased my back and hip pain a lot. I never did anything without her okay though. Ask your gynac which movements are safe for you.
Thoda warm compress on the lower back helped me, ho na. And resting on the left side made the aches better. But strong cramping pain mat ignore karo, doctor ko bolo.
Depends which pain, back pain I managed with a good pillow between my knees and a maternity belt later on. Light walking helped my body aches a lot. But if it is sharp or severe pain, dont try home stuff, call the doctor.
I would just say be careful to separate normal aches from warning pain. Severe pain, cramping with bleeding, or constant pain is not something to soothe at home. Please get those checked immediately.
