Delivered 4 months back and honestly the weight is just not going. None of my old clothes fit and it makes me feel low. Im breastfeeding so cant do crazy dieting na. how did u all manage post delivery?
If you had gestational diabetes or any sugar issues, be very careful with postpartum dieting. Eat balanced meals with good fiber and go for short, gentle walks only if doctor permits.
Stay positive and focus on taking care of your little angel. God has made our bodies strong, and the weight will naturally go away with time and healthy habits.
