How to reduce pregnancy weight while breastfeeding?
My baby is 3 months now and im still carrying a lot of the pregnancy weight. But i dont want to do anything that affects my milk supply. How did u mommies lose weight while still feeding? Pls share what worked.
Dont crash diet while feeding, your supply will drop. I focused on eating well, cutting fried stuff and walking with the baby in a carrier. Small consistent things work better than starving.
Once my doc cleared me post delivery I started light walks and gentle yoga. Nothing heavy while breastfeeding. Slow and steady, and always check timing with your doctor first.
I totally understand the rush to feel like yourself again. But please be kind to your body, it just did something amazing. The weight comes off in its own time, dont be harsh on yourself.
