Honestly the stress is getting to me, between work and everyone giving advice my head is always spinning. Im around 6 months. I know stress isnt good for baby so im trying to calm down. How do u all stay relaxed?
Stress is real when ure juggling work and pregnancy, i was there. I started saying no to extra work and took proper breaks, even small ones. Delegate what u can at home too. Protecting your rest is not lazy, its necessary now.
First of all its so normal to feel stressed, dont feel guilty about it. What helped me was talking it out instead of bottling up, and slow deep breathing when it got too much. Some days were hard, but sharing with my husband and mom really lightened it.
Small day to day stress is normal and the usual tips help. But if you feel constantly low, cant sleep or its overwhelming, please tell your doctor, they can guide or refer you. Mental health matters as much as physical in pregnancy.
Yaar dont be so hard on yourself. Cut down the doom scrolling and googling every symptom, that made me 10x more anxious. Listen to music, rest, talk to a friend. Baby feels your calm too so take it easy.
I found a lot of peace in small prayer time and quiet moments each day. Keep good thoughts around you and rest your mind. Stay positive, it really does help both of you.
My doctor okayed light walking and prenatal yoga for me, and honestly it calmed my mind so much. Even 15 min walk in fresh air helped. Just get your doc's nod first before starting anything, then move gently and breathe.
