hydration is key, both inside and out. keep drinking water and apply a thick moisturizing cream daily. also, keep up with your regular doctor visits and thyroid checks as healthy skin needs stable hormones.
stretching skin is just a sign that your body is growing life, so try to embrace it. i used normal organic coconut oil twice a day to keep the skin moist and soft. it didn't stop them completely but relieved the itching nicely.
humare yahan toh simple mustard oil ya coconut oil lagate hain pet par. it makes skin very soft and stops the itching. expensive creams are not needed, simple home remedies work nicely.
