Swelling is very common in the later months, so try putting your feet up on a pillow whenever you sit down. Also, soak your feet in warm water with rock salt for 10-15 minutes. But if the swelling is sudden or very severe, please let your gynac know immediately.
Sitting at an office desk all day made my ankles swell like balloons. I started using a small stool under my desk to keep my feet elevated and took quick 5-minute walking breaks every hour. Also, avoid sitting with crossed legs and reduce salt in your diet.
While mild ankle swelling is common due to extra fluid, sudden swelling can sometimes indicate high blood pressure. Please always get your blood pressure checked and consult your gynac to make sure everything is completely safe and normal.
I know seeing your swollen ankles can make you feel so anxious and uncomfortable, I used to worry constantly too. Keeping your feet elevated and drinking lots of water really helps reduce it. Just make sure to monitor it, and if it feels too sudden, check with your doctor to put your mind at ease.
Hey babe, don't stress too much, swollen feet are like a classic pregnancy rite of passage! Get your husband to give you a gentle upward massage and sleep on your left side to improve blood flow. Put your feet up on a couple of pillows and relax!
Swelling can be normal, but because of my past loss, I always stayed extra cautious about any bodily changes. Try keeping your feet elevated and avoid standing for too long. If you notice swelling in your hands or face too, please contact your doctor right away for a safe checkup.
