How to reduce swelling in my feet during pregnancy?

Same here, my regular shoes don't even fit me anymore! Does anyone know if light walking makes it worse, or does it actually help with blood circulation?
After my C-section, my feet actually got even more swollen for a few days. Keeping them propped up on pillows whenever you rest helps the fluid drain naturally.
Daily gentle walks helped me keep the swelling under control. Keeping active really helped my blood flow, which made my normal delivery much easier later on!
Do mention this to your doctor on your next clinic visit to check your blood pressure. My hospital nurse told me mild swelling is normal, but they always like to monitor BP just in case.
I'm in my 3rd trimester and honestly, I haven't seen my own ankles in weeks. I'm just living in my husband's oversized slippers until this baby decides to show up!

I just delivered last month and had terrible swelling. Soaking my feet in warm water with a thoda rock salt for 10 minutes every evening worked wonders for me.
